First run since Inverness Marathon last Sunday. I was very sore for the 3 / 4 days after Inverness but felt a bit better by Thursay so thought I'd venture out. Did a 4.5 mile at a fairly quick pace. Felt pretty comfortable all the way round.
Loved running since my mid teens. Had a 10 year lay-off when I decided to lift weights. Last 12 months did nothing and decided now was the time to buck the trend and get back out running.
